By accessing or using ZipTrip’s website and mobile application (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Description of Services
ZipTrip provides an AI-powered travel planning platform that offers personalized travel recommendations, itinerary planning, deal tracking, and credit card rewards optimization. Our Services are subject to change without prior notice.
User Accounts
Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as needed
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Account Eligibility

Beta Testing Program
If you participate in our beta testing program, you acknowledge that the Services may contain bugs or errors. Beta features are provided “as is” without warranties. We may modify or discontinue beta features at any time without notice.
Bookings and Third-Party Services
ZipTrip may facilitate bookings with third-party providers (hotels, airlines, etc.). We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of these services. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by ZipTrip and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant ZipTrip a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Use, reproduce, and display your User Content
- Improve and train our AI algorithms
- Create derivative works for service improvement
- Share aggregated, anonymized data
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ZIPTRIP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the Services.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZIPTRIP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZipTrip and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
